I left some paw prints thru your gallery and I was quite pleased with what I saw. You definately have your own style and seem to be in the process of finding that 'edge'. The linework is good, but for me personally, being a fan of color, would like to see more of it. I think it would work well with "some" of these. In addition, perhaps a little more variation in line thickness would add contrast and thus improving the balance. The one I faved is great just the way it is. Hope this wasn't too critical........I only comment on the stuff I like.
